Adhyāya 60: Dāna vs. Yajña—Royal Giving, Protection, and Karmic Share
सान्त्वद: सर्वभूतानां सर्वशोकैर्विमुच्यते । देवशुश्रूषया राज्यं दिव्यं रूपं नियच्छति
sāntvadaḥ sarvabhūtānāṁ sarvaśokair vimucyate | devaśuśrūṣayā rājyaṁ divyaṁ rūpaṁ niyacchati ||
ਜੋ ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਤਵਨਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ੋਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਸ਼ਰੂਸ਼ਾ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਜ-ਪਦ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਵ੍ਯ ਰੂਪ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
