पश्यैन॑ त॑ ट्रुमाग्रस्थं भासं नरवरात्मज । पश्यामीत्येवमाचार्य प्रत्युवाच युधिष्ठिर:,“राजकुमार! वृक्षकी शिखापर बैठे हुए इस गीधको देखो।” तब युधिष्ठिरने आचार्यको उत्तर दिया--“भगवन्! मैं देख रहा हूँ
paśyainaṃ taṃ drumāgrasthaṃ bhāsaṃ naravarātmaja | paśyāmīty evam ācārya pratyuvāca yudhiṣṭhiraḥ ||
ਦ੍ਰੋਣ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ—“ਰਾਜਕੁਮਾਰ, ਦਰੱਖਤ ਦੀ ਚੋਟੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਬੈਠੇ ਇਸ ਗਿਦੜ੍ਹ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖੋ।” ਤਦ ਯੁਧਿਸ਼ਠਿਰ ਨੇ ਆਚਾਰਯ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ—“ਭਗਵਨ, ਮੈਂ ਵੇਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ।”
