पाण्डोः तपः-प्रसङ्गः, ऋण-धर्मः, अपत्य-प्राप्ति-चिन्ता

अमोघं दर्शन महामाहूतश्वास्मि ते शुभे । वथाद्वाने5पि ते भीरु दोष: स्वान्नात्र संशय:,शुभे! मेरा दर्शन अमोघ है और तुमने मेरा आवाहन किया है। भीरु! यदि यह आवाहन व्यर्थ हुआ, तो भी निःसंदेह तुम्हें बड़ा दोष लगेगा

amoghaṃ darśanaṃ mahāhūtaś cāsmi te śubhe | vṛthāhvāne 'pi te bhīru doṣaḥ syān nātra saṃśayaḥ ||

ਸ਼ੁਭੇ! ਮੇਰਾ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਦੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਫਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਹਵਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਡਰਪੋਕੀਏ! ਇਹ ਆਹਵਾਨ ਜੇ ਵਿਅਰਥ ਵੀ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਹੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਾਰੀ ਦੋਸ਼ ਆਵੇਗਾ।
