विश्वामित्र उवाच यतः प्रवृत्तिर्भूतानां यस्मिन् सर्वमिदं जगत् / स विष्णुः सर्वभूतात्मा तमाश्रित्य विमुच्यते

viśvāmitra uvāca yataḥ pravṛttirbhūtānāṃ yasmin sarvamidaṃ jagat / sa viṣṇuḥ sarvabhūtātmā tamāśritya vimucyate

ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਮਿਤ੍ਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ—ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਿਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਉਤਪੱਤੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਸਾਰਾ ਜਗਤ ਟਿਕਿਆ ਹੈ—ਉਹੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਨੂ ਸਭ ਭੂਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਤਰਾਤਮਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰਨ ਲੈਣ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ।
