तं व्यग्रचक्रं दितिपुत्राधमेन स्वपार्षदमुख्येन विषज्जमानम् । चित्रा वाचोऽतद्विदां खेचराणां तत्र स्मासन् स्वस्ति तेऽमुं जहीति ॥ ६ ॥

Transliteration

taṁ vyagra-cakraṁ diti-putrādhamena sva-pārṣada-mukhyena viṣajjamānam citrā vāco ’tad-vidāṁ khe-carāṇāṁ tatra smāsan svasti te ’muṁ jahīti

Translation

ਜਦੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਚੱਕਰ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਘੁੰਮਣ ਲੱਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਤੀ-ਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਧਮ ਹਿਰਣਿਆਕਸ਼—ਜੋ ਵੈਕੁੰਠ ਦੇ ਪਾਰਸ਼ਦ ਮੁਖੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਜਨਮਿਆ ਸੀ—ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕੀ ਯੁੱਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸ ਗਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਵਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਅਗਿਆਨੀ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਚੌਹੀਂ ਪਾਸੀਂ ਅਜੀਬ ਬੋਲ ਉੱਠੇ—“ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਹੋਵੇ; ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦਿਓ; ਹੁਣ ਖੇਡ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ।”
