Pṛthu Mahārāja Milks the Earth (Bhūmi-dugdha) and Organizes Human Settlement
ततो महीपति: प्रीत: सर्वकामदुघां पृथु: । दुहितृत्वे चकारेमां प्रेम्णा दुहितृवत्सल: ॥ २८ ॥
tato mahīpatiḥ prītaḥ sarva-kāma-dughāṁ pṛthuḥ duhitṛtve cakāremāṁ premṇā duhitṛ-vatsalaḥ
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਹੀਪਤੀ ਪૃਥੂ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋਇਆ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਯਾਪਤ ਅੰਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਵਕਾਮਦੁਘਾ ਬਣੀ। ਧੀ-ਵਤਸਲ ਪૃਥੂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਨਾਲ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਧੀ ਸਮਾਨ ਮੰਨ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਨੇਹ ਕੀਤਾ।
