Sukta 131
स्मरः। नि शीर्षतो नि पत्तत आध्यो३ नि तिरामि ते । देवाः प्र हिणुत स्मरमसौ मामनु शोचतु
smaráḥ | ní śīrṣatás ní pattata ā́dhyò ní tirāmi te | devā́ḥ prá hiṇuta smarám asáu mām ánu śocatu
Smara. Down from the head let it fall; as an overlying burden I drive it down into thee. O Gods, drive forth Smara: let yonder one burn after me.
ਸਮਰ (ਕਾਮ)! ਸਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਡਿੱਗ ਪੈ; ਉੱਪਰੋਂ ਲੱਦੇ ਭਾਰ ਵਾਂਗ, ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਦਬਾ ਕੇ ਉਤਾਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਹੇ ਦੇਵੋ, ਸਮਰ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਧੱਕੋ; ਉਹ ਪਰਲਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਤਪੇ/ਵਿਆਕੁਲ ਹੋਵੇ।
