ओते मे द्यावापृथिवी ओता देवी सरस्वती । ओतौ म इन्द्रश्चाग्निश्चर्ध्यास्मेदं सरस्वति

IAST Transliteration

óté me dyā́vā-pṛthivī́ ótā devī́ sárasvatī | ótau ma índraś cāgníś cā́rdhy asmé idáṃ sarasvati ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Woven for me are Heaven and Earth; woven in is the Goddess Sarasvatī. Woven in for me are Indra and Agni: establish thou this for us, O Sarasvatī.

Translation

ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਦਿਆਵਾ-ਪ੍ਰਿਥਿਵੀ (ਆਕਾਸ਼-ਧਰਤੀ) ਬੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ; ਦੇਵੀ ਸਰਸਵਤੀ ਵੀ ਬੁਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਇੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਨੀ ਵੀ ਬੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ; ਹੇ ਸਰਸਵਤੀ, ਇਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰ।
