Sukta 29
अक्ष्यौ३नि विध्य हृदयं नि विध्य जिह्वां नि तृन्द्धि प्र दतो मृणीहि । पिशाचो अस्य यतमो जघासाग्ने यविष्ठ प्रति तं शृणीहि
akṣyòḥ ní vidhya hṛ́dayaṃ ní vidhya jihvā́ṃ ní tṛnddhi prá dató mṛṇīhi | piśācó asyá yátamo jaghā́sā́gne yáviṣṭha práti táṃ śṛṇīhi
Pierce down through the eyes; pierce down through the heart; cut off the tongue; crush forth the teeth. Whichever Piśāca of his hath devoured (him)—O Agni, youngest—against that one hew thou in return.
ਅੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਛੇਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਭੇਦ; ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਛੇਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਭੇਦ; ਜੀਭ ਕੱਟ ਦੇ; ਦੰਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੋਂ ਕੁਚਲ ਦੇ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਜੋ ਕੋਈ ਪਿਸ਼ਾਚ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਗਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ—ਹੇ ਅਗਨੀ, ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਯਵਿਸ਼ਠ—ਉਸ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਤੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਘਾਤ ਵਜੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਢ ਦੇ।
