Sanskrit (Devanagari)

वयं घ त्वा सुतावन्त आपो न वृक्तबर्हिषः । पवित्रस्य प्रस्रवणेषु वृत्रहन् परि स्तोतार आसते

IAST Transliteration

vayáṃ gha tvā sutā́vanta ā́po na vṛktábarhiṣaḥ | pavítrasya prasrávaṇeṣu vṛtrahan pári stotā́ra āsate

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

We verily, with Soma-pressings, like waters—our grass-seat duly strewn—at the outflowings of the strainer, O Vṛtra-slayer, the singers sit around thee in attendance.

Translation

ਅਸੀਂ ਨਿਸ਼ਚੇ ਹੀ, ਸੋਮ ਪੀੜਨ ਨਾਲ, ਪਾਣੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ—ਸਾਡਾ ਬਰ੍ਹਿਸ਼ (ਘਾਹ ਦਾ ਆਸਨ) ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਛਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ—ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ (ਛਾਣਨੀ) ਦੇ ਵਹਾਵਾਂ ਕੋਲ, ਹੇ ਵ੍ਰਿਤ੍ਰਹਨ, ਸਤੋਤਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਚਾਰੋਂ ਪਾਸੇ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
