त्रिंशद् धामा वि राजति वाक् पतङ्गो अशिश्रियत्। प्रति वस्तोरहर्द्युभिः

IAST Transliteration

triṁśád dhā́mā ví rā́jati vāḱ pataṅgó aśiśriyat | práti vástor áhár dyúbhiḥ ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Thirty are the stations: widely it shineth forth; Speech—the winged one—hath taken seat. Against the dawn, against the day, by the bright days (it worketh).

Translation

ਤੀਹ ਧਾਮ (ਠਿਕਾਣੇ) ਹਨ; ਉਹ ਸਭ ਥਾਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਰੂਪ ਨਾਲ ਚਮਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਵਾਕ੍—ਪਤੰਗ (ਪਰਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ)—ਆਸਨ ਲੈ ਬੈਠੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ, ਅਹੋਰਾਤ੍ਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ, ਚਮਕਦਿਆਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ (ਉਹ ਕਰਮ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ)।
