आ यो विश्वानि शवसा ततानोपश्रोता म ईवतो वचांसि

IAST Transliteration

ā yó víśvāni śávāsā tatā́nopaśróta mā ívato vácāṃsi

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Hither—he who by his might hath stretched abroad all things—let him, the near-hearer, hearken to my words, to me who come seeking aid.

Translation

ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸ਼ਵਸਾ (ਪਰਾਕ੍ਰਮ) ਨਾਲ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਫੈਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ—ਉਹ ਇੱਥੇ ਆਵੇ; ਨੇੜੇ ਸੁਣਨ ਵਾਲਾ (ਉਪਸ਼੍ਰੋਤਾ) ਉਹ, ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਮੰਗਣ ਆਏ ਮੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਸੁਣੇ।
