ओजस्तदस्य तित्विष उभे यत् समवर्तयत्। इन्द्रश्चर्मेव रोदसी
IAST Transliteration
ójaḥ tád asya titvíṣa ubhé yát sám-avartayat | índraś cármeva ródasī
English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)
This is his might, of the blazing one: that he rolled both worlds together—Indra, as with a hide, the twain of Heaven and Earth.
Translation
ਇਹ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਦਹਕਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ: ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਲਪੇਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ—ਇੰਦਰ ਨੇ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਚਮੜੇ ਨਾਲ, ਦ੍ਯਾਵਾ-ਪ੍ਰਿਥਿਵੀ ਇਹ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਢੱਕ ਕੇ ਜੋੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
