etát te pratátāmaha svadhā́ yé ca tvā́m ánu

This for thee, O great-great-grandfather—svadhā! and for those who follow after thee.

Translation

ਹੇ ਪਰਪਰ-ਪਿਤਾਮਹ (ਪ੍ਰਤਤਾਮਹ), ਇਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਲਈ—ਸ੍ਵਧਾ! ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੀ।
