Sukta 3
एतदा रोह वय उन्मृजानः स्वा इह बृहदु दीदयन्ते । अभि प्रेहि मध्यतो माप हास्थाः पितॄनां लोकं प्रथमो यो अत्र
etád ā́ roha váya unmr̥jānáḥ svā́ ihá br̥hád u dīdayante | abhí préhi madhyató mā́pa hāsthāḥ pitṝṇā́ṁ lókaṁ prathamó yó átra |
Ascend thou this, cleansing away thy strength anew: thine own here shine forth in lofty splendour. Go on toward them through the midst; stand not aside: the world of the Fathers—he is foremost here who reaches it.
ਇਸ ਰਾਹ ਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹ; ਆਪਣੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੀਂ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ। ਇੱਥੇ ਤੇਰਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਤੇਜ ਮਹਾਨ ਵਿਭਵ ਨਾਲ ਚਮਕੇ। ਮੱਧੋਂ ਲੰਘ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧ; ਪਾਸੇ ਨਾ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਰਹਿ: ਪਿਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਵਿੱਚ—ਇੱਥੇ ਜੋ ਪਹੁੰਚਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹੀ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਹੈ।
