sá indrāgnýoḥ pāśā́n mā́ moci

Let him not be loosed from the nooses of Indra and Agni.
Translation
ਇੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਨੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਹ ਮੁਕਤ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ।
