Sukta 3
तस्य देवजनाः परिष्कन्दा आसन्त्संकल्पाः प्रहाय्या३ विश्वानि भूतान्युपसदः
tásya devajanā́ḥ pariskandā́ ā́san saṃkalpā́ḥ prahāyyā̀ḥ víśvāni bhūtā́ny upasádaḥ
His were the divine peoples as encircling guards; his purposes were sent forth; all beings were his sitters-near, his attendants.
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦੇਵਜਨ ਪਰਿਸ਼ਕੰਦ—ਚੌਫੇਰੇ ਘੇਰਾ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ—ਸਨ; ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਪ੍ਰਹਾਯ੍ਯ, ਅਰਥਾਤ ਪ੍ਰੇਰ ਕੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਭੇਜੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ; ਸਭ ਭੂਤ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਉਪਸਦਃ—ਨੇੜੇ ਬੈਠਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਸੇਵਕ-ਪਰਿਚਰ—ਸਨ।
