Sukta 6
पार्थिवा दिव्यः पशव आरण्या उत ये मृगाः । शकुन्तान् पक्षिणो ब्रूमस्ते नो मुञ्चन्त्वंहसः
pārthívā divyā́ḥ paśáva āraṇyā́ utá yé mṛgā́ḥ | śakúntān pakṣíṇo brūmás té no muñcántv áṁhasaḥ ||
The creatures of earth, the creatures of heaven, the forest beasts, and whatsoever wild game there be; the omen-birds, the winged—we address them: let them release us from distress.
ਪਾਰਥਿਵ (ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ) ਜੀਵ, ਦਿਵ੍ਯ (ਆਕਾਸ਼ੀ) ਜੀਵ, ਜੰਗਲ ਦੇ ਪਸ਼ੂ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਜੋ ਮ੍ਰਿਗ (ਵਨ੍ਯ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ) ਹਨ; ਸ਼ਕੁਨ-ਪੰਛੀ, ਪਰਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ—ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਦੇ ਹਾਂ: ਉਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਅੰਹਸ (ਕਲੇਸ਼/ਪਾਪ) ਤੋਂ ਛੁਡਾਉਣ।
