विक्रान्तं प्रकृतिकोपेन घातयेत् ॥ कZ_०५.६.२६ ॥
Transliteration
vikrāntaṃ prakṛti-kopena ghātayet
Translation
ਜੋ ਹੱਦ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦਬਦਬਾ ਦਿਖਾ ਕੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਨਿਕਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਸਨੂੰ ਰਾਜ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਕ੍ਰਿਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਗੁੱਸਾ ਭੜਕਾ ਕੇ ਮਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
