दण्डवृद्धाश्च जानीयुः शौचाशौचमतन्द्रिताः ॥ कZ_०५.३.४७च्द् ॥

Transliteration

daṇḍavṛddhāśca jānīyuḥ śaucāśaucamatandritāḥ

Translation

ਅਤੇ ਦੰਡ-ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਜਰਬੇਕਾਰ ਲੋਕ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ-ਅਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਕੀ ਹੈ ਇਹ ਜਾਣਨ (ਅਤੇ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕਰਨ), ਸੁਚੇਤ ਅਤੇ ਅਟੱਲ ਰਹਿਣ।
