Transliteration

dhānyapaśuhiraṇyādi niviśamānāya dadyāt

Translation

ਜੋ (ਨਵੇਂ ਜਾਂ ਘੱਟ ਆਬਾਦ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ) ਵੱਸ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਨਾਜ, ਪਸ਼ੂ, ਸੋਨਾ ਆਦਿ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੇਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
