अन्धो राजा शक्यते सहायसम्पदा यत्र तत्र वा पर्यवस्थापयितुम् ॥ कZ_०८.२.११ ॥

Transliteration

andho rājā śakyate sahāyasampadā yatra tatra vā paryavasthāpayitum

Translation

ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ/ਸੰਪੱਤੀ ਦੇ ਬਲ ਨਾਲ ਅੰਨ੍ਹੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ‘ਟਿਕਾਇਆ’ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ—ਅਰਥਾਤ ਬਿਠਾ ਕੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
