Transliteration

vatsasthānam etad iti kauṇapadantaḥ

Translation

ਕੌਣਪਦੰਤ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ—ਇਹ ‘ਵਤ੍ਸਸਥਾਨ’ (ਬੱਛੜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਖਣ/ਪਾਲਣ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ) ਹੈ।
