अर्धगुणहीनः शासनहरः ॥ कZ_०१.१६.०४ ॥

Transliteration

ardhaguṇahīnaḥ śāsanaharaḥ

Translation

ਰਾਜਾ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਦੂਤ ਆਦਰਸ਼ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਧੇ ਤੱਕ ਘਾਟ ਵਾਲਾ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
