उपघातैः प्रधानानां मान्यानां चावमाननैः ॥ कZ_०७.५.२४च्द् ॥

Transliteration

upaghātaiḥ pradhānānāṃ mānyānāṃ cāvamānanaiḥ

Translation

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ/ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ, ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਆਦਰ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਹਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ।
