स बुद्धिनिगलैर्बद्धैरिष्टं क्रीडति पार्थिवैः ॥ कZ_०७.१८.४३च्द् ॥
Transliteration
sa buddhinigalairbaddhairiṣṭaṃ krīḍati pārthivaiḥ
Translation
ਉਹ ਬੁੱਧੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੇੜੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਰ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਕੇ, ਆਪਣੀ ਮਨਚਾਹੀ ਸਿੱਧੀ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਡ ਵਾਂਗ ਚਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
