Transliteration

vijigīṣus tadā tatra netram etat samācaret

Translation

ਤਦੋਂ ਵਿਜਿਗੀਸ਼ੁ (ਵਿਜਯ ਚਾਹੁਣ ਵਾਲਾ) ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਸੰਦਰਭ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ‘ਨੇਤ੍ਰ’ (ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਕ ਨਿਯਮ) ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰੇ।
