Transliteration

tad eṣāṃ daśavargādhipatayo vidyuḥ

Translation

ਇਹ (ਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਯਮ) ਦਸ-ਦਸ ਦੇ ਟੋਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਪਤੀ ਜਾਣਨ।
