कार्तान्तिकादिश्चास्य वर्गः सर्वज्ञदैवतसम्योगख्यापनाभ्यां स्वपक्षमुद्धर्षयेत्परपक्षं चोद्वेजयेत् ॥ कZ_१०.३.३३ ॥
Transliteration
kārtāntikādiścāsya vargaḥ sarvajñadaivatasamyogakhyāpanābhyāṃ svapakṣamuddharṣayet parapakṣaṃ codvejayet
Translation
ਕਾਰਤਾਂਤਿਕ ਆਦਿ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਵਰਗ, ਸਰਵਜ੍ਞ ਦੈਵੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ (ਰਾਜੇ ਦੀ) ਸਾਂਝ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ/ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ, ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਖ ਦਾ ਹੌਸਲਾ ਵਧਾਏ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਪੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਾਏ।
