तस्यातिक्रम उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च कर्मणा व्यापादनेन च ॥ कZ_०४.८.२० ॥

Transliteration

tasyātikrama uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca karmaṇā vyāpādanena ca

Translation

ਉਸ (ਪਾਬੰਦੀ) ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਨ ‘ਤੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ—ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ/ਹੁਕਮ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ; ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਕੰਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹੋਈ ਹਾਨੀ ਜਾਂ ਮੌਤ ਲਈ ਵੀ (ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ)।
