Transliteration

upalabdhavidyāprabhāvāṇāṃ puraścaraṇādyādiśeyur abhijñānārtham

Translation

ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਵਿਦਿਆ/ਕੌਸ਼ਲ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ-ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ/ਤਸਦੀਕ ਲਈ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਰਸ਼ਚਰਣ ਆਦਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਰੰਭਿਕ ਆਚਰਨ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕਰਨੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ।
