पलहीने हीनद्विगुणो दण्डः ॥ कZ_०४.१.३७ ॥
Transliteration
palahīne hīnadviguṇo daṇḍaḥ
Translation
ਇੱਕ ਪਲ ਦੀ ਘਾਟ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੁਰਮਾਨਾ ਘਾਟ ਦਾ ਦੋਗੁਣਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
