तयोरपचरणे रागस्यापहारं विद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१.३१ ॥
Transliteration
tayor apacaraṇe rāgasyāpahāraṃ vidyāt
Translation
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੋਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ/ਅਪਰਾਧ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ‘ਰਾਗ’ (ਅਰਥਾਤ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਗੈਰਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਲਾਭ/ਕੀਮਤੀ ਵਸਤੂ) ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
