वारे वा तोयमन्येषां प्रमादेनोपरुन्धतः ॥ कZ_०३.९.३८च्द् ॥

Transliteration

vāre vā toyam anyeṣāṃ pramādenoparundhataḥ

Translation

ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ, ਦੂਜੇ ਦੀ ਵਾਰੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਨਾਲ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਰੋਕਦਾ/ਅਟਕਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, (ਤਾਂ ਦੰਡਯੋਗ ਹੈ)।
