स चेदाचारक्रमं दर्शयेत न विक्रेतारं तस्य द्रव्यस्यातिसर्गेण मुच्येत ॥ कZ_०३.१६.१३ ॥

Transliteration

sa ced ācārakramaṃ darśayeta na vikretāraṃ tasya dravyasyātisargeṇa mucyeta

Translation

ਜੇ ਉਹ (ਕਬਜ਼ੇਦਾਰ) ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਰਿਵਾਇਤੀ ਠੀਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦਿਖਾ ਦੇਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਉਹ ਵਸਤੂ ਸੌਂਪ ਦੇਣ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਬਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ—(ਸਗੋਂ) ਉਸ ਵਸਤੂ ਦੇ ਵੇਚਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
