उपस्थितमकारयतः कृतमेव विद्यादित्याचार्याः ॥ कZ_०३.१४.०६ ॥
Transliteration
upasthitam akārayataḥ kṛtam eva vidyād ity ācāryāḥ
Translation
ਆਚਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ: ਜੇ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਤੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਮਾਲਕ ਨੇ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ, ਤਾਂ (ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਲਈ) ਉਸਨੂੰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੀ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
