Sutra 34

सिद्धमुपचारकस्याभिप्रजातस्यापक्रमणम् ॥ कZ_०३.१३.१० ॥

siddham upacārakasya abhiprajātasya apakramaṇam

The departure/withdrawal (apakramana) of an attendant/nurse (upacāraka) who is duly established/qualified (siddha) and suitably appointed/approved (abhiprajāta) is recognized as valid.
