म्लेच्छानामदोषः प्रजां विक्रेतुमाधातुं वा ॥ कZ_०३.१३.०३ ॥

Transliteration

mlecchānām adoṣaḥ prajāṃ vikretum ādhātuṃ vā

Translation

ਮਲੇੱਛਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੰਤਾਨ/ਪ੍ਰਜਾ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਚਣਾ ਜਾਂ ਗਿਰਵੀ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ।
