तत्रापि गृहीतानुपूर्व्या राजश्रोत्रियद्रव्यं वा पूर्वं प्रतिपादयेत् ॥ कZ_०३.११.२० ॥

Transliteration

tatrāpi gṛhītānupūrvyā rājaśrotriyadravyaṃ vā pūrvaṃ pratipādayet

Translation

ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਮਿਲੇ-ਝੁਲੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਸੌਂਪਣਾ/ਵਾਪਸੀ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੋਈ ਜ਼ਬਤੀ/ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਕ੍ਰਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ; ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜੀ ਮਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਤ੍ਰਿਯ (ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਦਾਨ) ਮਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
