सस्यभक्षणे सस्योपघातं निष्पत्तितः परिसंख्याय द्विगुणं दापयेत् ॥ कZ_०३.१०.२५ ॥
Transliteration
sasyabhakṣaṇe sasyopaghātaṃ niṣpattitaḥ parisaṃkhyāya dviguṇaṃ dāpayet
Translation
ਫਸਲ ਖਾਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਮੀਦਿਤ ਪੈਦਾਵਾਰ (ਨਿਸ਼ਪੱਤੀ) ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਫਸਲ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦਾ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ਾ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਤੋਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਦੋਗੁਣਾ ਵਸੂਲ ਕਰਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
