शत्रुबलमर्थमानाभ्यामावाहयितुमनर्थो न वेति संशयः ॥ कZ_०९.७.१० ॥

Transliteration

śatrubalam arthamānābhyām āvāhayitum anartho na veti saṃśayaḥ

Translation

ਧਨ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਨ-ਸਨਮਾਨ (ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਨਤਾ) ਰਾਹੀਂ ਵੈਰੀ ਦੀ ਫੌਜ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੱਲ ਖਿੱਚਣਾ ਅਨਰਥਕ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ—ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੰਦੇਹ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
