tataḥ sattriṇaḥ pratijapitāram abhiśaṃseyuḥ
Translation
ਫਿਰ ਸੱਤ੍ਰਿਣ (ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਆਸ਼੍ਰਿਤ/ਨਿਰਭਰ ਲੋਕ) ਪ੍ਰਤਿਜਪਿਤਾਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼/ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲਗਾਉਣ।
