prabhāvamantrayoḥ prabhāvaḥ śreyān

Translation

ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ (ਸਲਾਹ/ਨੀਤੀ) ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਹੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ ਹੈ।
