जातस्य ग्रहरोगादि कुमारस्य च धूर्तता । उपनीतेऽप्यविद्यत्वमनुद्वाहश्च पण्डिते ॥२५॥

IAST Transliteration

jātasya graharogādi kumārasya ca dhūrtatā | upanīte 'py avidyatvam anudvāhaś ca paṇḍite ||25||

Translation

ଜନ୍ମିତ ଜୀବଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରହରୋଗାଦି ଓ ବ୍ୟାଧି ପରି ପୀଡା ହୁଏ; କୁମାରଙ୍କୁ ଧୂର୍ତ୍ତତା ମଧ୍ୟ ଥାଏ। ଉପନୀତ ହେଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅବିଦ୍ୟା ରହିଯାଏ; ପଣ୍ଡିତଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅନୁଦ୍ୱାହ (ଅବିବାହ) ହୁଏ।

Academic Translation

For one who is born, there are afflictions such as seizure/planetary influences and disease; for a boy, there is also roguishness. Even when initiated (upanīta), there is ignorance; and for a learned man, there is non-marriage as well.
