ghṛtena dīpayeddīpāñchivasya parituṣṭaye | tathā phalaiśca dīpaiśca naivedyairgaṃdhadhūpakaiḥ

ଶିବଙ୍କ ପରିତୁଷ୍ଟି ପାଇଁ ଘୃତଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ରଦୀପ ଜ୍ୱାଳାଇବା ଉଚିତ। ତଥା ଫଳ, ପ୍ରଦୀପ, ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ, ସୁଗନ୍ଧ ଓ ଧୂପ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅର୍ପଣ କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
