चांडालोच्छिष्टपिंडेन जठराग्निमतर्पयत् । एवं कृच्छ्रेण महता नीत्वा सुबहुलं वयः

cāṃḍālocchiṣṭapiṃḍena jaṭharāgnimatarpayat | evaṃ kṛcchreṇa mahatā nītvā subahulaṃ vayaḥ

Translation

ଚାଣ୍ଡାଳର ଉଚ୍ଛିଷ୍ଟ ଅନ୍ନକଣାରେ ସେ କଷ୍ଟେ କଷ୍ଟେ ଜଠରାଗ୍ନିକୁ ତୃପ୍ତ କରୁଥିଲା। ଏଭଳି ମହା କୃଚ୍ଛ୍ର ସହି ସେ ଦୀର୍ଘ ଆୟୁ ବିତାଇଲା।
