गुर्वनुज्ञाविरहितं चोरवत्सकलं भवेत् । गुरोरपि विशेषज्ञं यत्नाद्गृह्णीत वै गुरुम्

Transliteration

gurvanujñāvirahitaṃ coravatsakalaṃ bhavet | gurorapi viśeṣajñaṃ yatnādgṛhṇīta vai gurum

Translation

ଗୁରୁଙ୍କ ଅନୁମତି ବିନା କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଯେକୌଣସି ପବିତ୍ର କର୍ମ ଚୋରି ସମାନ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଦୂଷିତ ହୁଏ। ତେଣୁ ଯତ୍ନପୂର୍ବକ, ଗୁରୁମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଯିଏ ବିଶେଷ ମାର୍ଗରେ ପାରଙ୍ଗତ ଓ ବିବେକୀ, ସେହି ଗୁରୁଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
