Lord Shiva (in a Kailāsa discourse, teaching the inner discipline of mantra-rite)
Tattva Level: pashu
Shiva Form: Dakṣiṇāmūrti
Mantra: oṃ (praṇava)
Type: stotra
Role: teaching
It teaches that mantra becomes spiritually effective when performed with steadiness (niścaya) and inner wholeness; doubt creates fear and blocks the descent of Shiva’s grace.
Linga-worship is not only external offering but also inner alignment; empowering the act with Oṁ and performing it without hesitation makes the devotee fit to receive Saguna Shiva’s protection and assurance.
Repeat consecration/nyāsa-like mantra-empowerment “seven times,” then seal it with Oṁ (Pranava), and maintain a doubt-free, one-pointed mind during japa or pūjā.
