ହେ ସୋମ, ମଧୁମୟ ହୋଇ ପ୍ରବାହିତ ହେଉ; ଋତ ଅନୁସାରୀ। ଜଳକୁ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ପରି ଧାରଣ କରି, ଅବି (ଊନ) ଛାଣଣୀ ଉପରେ ଅଧିଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇ, ଘୃତବନ୍ତ ଦ୍ରୋଣମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅବତର। ଅତି ମଦକର, ହର୍ଷଦାୟକ ପାନ—ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରପାନ।
