शुचिः पावक उच्यते सोमः सुतस्य मध्वः । देवावीरघशंसहा ॥
Transliteration
śúciḥ pāvaká ucyate sómaḥ sutásya mádhvaḥ | devāvī́r aghaśaṃsahā́ ||
Translation
ଶୁଚି ଓ ପାବକ—ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ନିର୍ମଳ, ଜ୍ୱଳନ୍ତ-ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ—ଏହିପରି ସୋମ କୁହାଯାଏ, ସୁତସ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୱଃ (ପିଷିତ ମିଠାସ)ର। ଦେବମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବୀର, ଅଘଶଂସହା—ଦୁଷ୍ଟବାଣୀ/ଅପଶବ୍ଦର ସଂହାରକ—ସେ ଆମ ଭିତରେ ଦିବ୍ୟ ଜୀବନକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରେ।
